July 7 – Experience Ergonomics Through Yoga
The importance of a healthy spine and back can not be overstated. Yoga helps with our sedentary lifestyle and creates a sense of balance. Join us as we explore tips and techniques that can be easily incorporated at work and home to restore and rejuvenate.
July 14 – Mindfulness in the Workplace
Learn simple techniques to keep you present throughout your work day providing clarity and a sense of well being, allowing you to manifest the proper skills needed for productivity in your work environment and in your home.
July 28 – Chair Yoga & Breathing Techniques at Your Desk
Many back problems are a result of weakness in the back muscles relative to the rest of the body. Yoga promotes muscle strength and, as a result, can help relieve extra tension on your spine and ultimately reduce back pain. We will explore simple Chair Yoga Techniques to promote spine health.
August 4 – Understanding Ayurveda and Your Co-Workers Doshas
Each individual has a specific Dosha, or mind-body constitution, which influences the way they communicate and relate to their environment. Understanding the Doshas is a valuable tool. Claire will provide you with guaranteed tips to improve communication with others at work and at home.
