Celebrating over 25 Years of teaching students from around the world. All are welcome here. We are a beautiful mix of people from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds. Beginner to Expert – Whether you are looking to deepen your personal practice or for a fulfilling part time or full time career, Claire E. Diab, along with our Professional and Friendly Expert Lead Educators will guide you on your journey.

We are known for our unique blend of many different styles of Yoga. Much like the eclectic mix of the many different cultures in America, our style is a melting pot of many styles of Yoga. Our classes combine fluid movement, breathing and relaxation which create strength, flexibility, and balance. We offer variations of postures in each class to create our signature class “Yoga for Everyone.” Claire and our Educators incorporate their own unique expression into the classes they teach making each class fun, relaxing, relatable and informative.

Our well rounded program provides an in-depth study of Yoga Poses and Sequences for Everyone with Safety, Alignment, Benefits and Variations, Meditation and Mindfulness, Breathing Techniques, The Philosophy of Yoga, Anatomy and Physiology, The Business of Yoga and so much more!
